Angus Forbes
Board
Angus worked in the City for 20 years, at James Capel, Smith New Court / Merrill Lynch and GLG Partners respectively. After leaving GLG he became the first Director of the Prince's Rainforest Project. In June 2012 he launched GCIB.

Rupesh Madlani
Principal
Rupesh spent a decade at Lehman Brothers and Barclays in equity research in sustainability and clean technology, ranking first in the Institutional Investor survey. Prior to this, Rupesh worked at PwC in the firm’s corporate finance practice. Rupesh is a chartered accountant and Freeman of the City of London. Rupesh is an expert reviewer on sustainable development issues for various publications issued by the World Economic Forum, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the Prince of Wales Sustainability Unit, and the United Nations.

Stephen Pack
Principal
Steve was a senior relationship partner with PwC working in audit, consulting, outsourcing and risk. As Head of Risk and Quality for the UK firm and the global outsourcing business, he worked on many large-scale and complex transactions.

Sam Ruiz
Principal
Sam has close to four decades of experience in financial services, most recently as CEO of Olivetree Financial. Prior to this, he held various senior positions, including Head of Trading at Lehman Brothers, Head of Equities at Nomura, and Executive Chairman at InterTrader.

Emre Eren
Associate
Emre previously worked with PwC in the corporate finance department, as an Insurance broker at ESL insurance, as Head of Marketing at Smart Accident Claims and in a Sales role in Barcelona. Emre holds a BSc Hons Accounting and Finance degree from LSE and is also a certified tutor from LSE.

Lesley Warren
Chief Administration Officer
Lesley is a member of the Operations & Strategy Group of the firm. Lesley spent 15 years at Hogg Robinson Business Travel as Head of Operations for various large corporates including her last role at HSBC. Lesley has spent the last 10 years working for small entrepreneurial businesses in the sustainability sector supporting them in operational roles.

Seán Nyhan
Vice President – Operations
Seán spent 13 years at Nomura in a number of roles within the Equity business, most recently as a CAO for the Japanese Equity Sales business in Europe. Prior to this, Sean also worked at Lehman Brothers and PwC. Seán has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork.
